Since our inception in 1985, we have been developing fluorescence-based nucleic acid probe technologies that strongly rely on automated DNA synthesis. Our long-standing, in-house oligonucleotide synthesis expertise makes us industry leaders.
Over the years, we have introduced hundreds of innovative specialty phosphoramidites and solid supports including minor groove binders (MGB), unique modified nucleobases, fluorophores, and quenchers. We have developed and optimized the manufacturing and quality control of thousands of high complexity nucleic acid probes and PCR primers in the cGMP environment. We offer a vertically integrated system of production: all steps are performed in-house, starting from the development of specialty reagents to the synthesis of probes and primers and final diagnostic kit assembly.
We understand the oligonucleotide needs of end users because we are end users ourselves. Our proprietary reagents and techniques serve to provide labeled probes with the desired physicochemical properties and, additionally, to simplify the probes’ synthesis and purification. Our comprehensive catalog for nucleic acid labeling includes a wide range of fluorescent dyes, modified nucleobases, minor groove binders and quenchers in a variety of reagent forms. The modifications in our catalog can be considered building blocks for the researcher’s imagination.

Our facility for manufacturing oligonucleotides is cGMP compliant and ISO 13485 certified.
