Our reverse transcriptase PCR (RT-PCR) master mix is a crucial component in PCR assay development. EGMDx offers a reliable RT-PCR master mix that is optimized for reverse transcription and PCR amplification. The MGB Alert One-Step RT-PCR master mix contains all necessary reagents, including reverse transcriptase, Taq polymerase, dNTPs, and buffer, and is compatible with most open systems.

All test reagents may be used on ELITechGroup MDx proprietary instrument systems and on most open channel platforms.
